The Life Nav Program is a life skills coaching program that is anchored with equine assisted coaching (EAC) workshops on either end of multiple individual and team coaching appointments.

Why EAC?
Horses are prey animals thus, are acutely aware of their environment and those who are in it. They naturally reflect human dynamics and behavior in a very obvious and unfiltered way. In the Life Nav™ program warriors have the chance to see themselves through the eyes of a horse and can witness their own impact on others. This perspective generates new and improved human behavior that reaches far beyond the equine arena. Veterans have the opportunity to experience different approaches to problem solving, managing conflict and to also practice self-management when personal frustrations and stress levels run high.

Each program welcomes twelve warriors for up to three months of coaching and development (dependent on logistics and scheduling). Multiple Life Nav programs may be offered simultaneously at one or more facilities.

Funding is provided by grants and donations made by individuals and organizations who want to thank our military and veterans for the freedom we enjoy in our country today.
