President/Secretary
Jennifer Kozel is the founder of Troops For Life, Inc. and the creator of the Life Nav™ program.  Her background includes over a decade in field level and corporate leadership, human resource expertise and two tours in the United States Navy. Jennifer has earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation, holds the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation, is certified by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA).  Jennifer earned her Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University. Her triple major B.S. degree from Pace University is in English, Biology and Psychology. Jennifer received her coach training from the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) in TX.  She is an active member of the Georgia Coach Association, the Wordwide Association of Business Coaches, and the International Coach Federation.  Jennifer has been an avid horseman since childhood and today, actively competes in the sport of Three Day Eventing with horses she has bred, raised and trained herself.  

Treasurer
Denise Hargon is a professional coach and views her transition to coaching as a natural extension of 24 years experience leading, mentoring and coaching soldiers in the US Army.  Denise retired with honors as a Lieutenant Colonel and offers a unique and powerfully effective perspective to military and veteran clients.   Recognized as a strong, engaging and dynamic leader, she has an extensive record of producing exceptional results when working with soldiers.  Denise is the President of The Art of You, a professional life and business coaching company.   She is the President of the Gwinnett Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association and she serves on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the Military Officer Association of America (MOAA).   She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Georgia Coach Association.   Denise trained at the ICF accredited and internationally recognized Coach U to include their Advanced Coaching Programs. Denise has donated her time and intellectual resources to assist in the establishment of Troops For Life, Inc.  

Director
Bruce Derr is a life coach who also brings over twenty years of diverse professional experience in organizational development, change management, teambuilding and training, information technology, and alternative health, to enhance the tremendous value of his coaching services. He earned his PhD in Anthropology/South Asian Studies and received two nominations for Professor of the Year at University College of Syracuse University. Bruce is the Founder of Spark of Life Coaching. Bruce received his coach training from the Coaches Training Institute. He is currently the Director of Clinical Operations for the Alternative Health Improvement Center. Bruce has donated his time and intellectual resources to assist in the establishment of Troops For Life, Inc.
